Been Busy and Tagged Twice!!!

I have been busy this week, but cannot go into that too much just yet, all will be revealed early July.
My Dear friend G has tagged me twice, please go read this wonderful ladys' blog, must call her and arrange a catch up coffee.

1. It is the 'This or That' tag..

Chocolate or Vanilla ice cream:
Chocolate, I am a big Ice Cream Fan, a habit passed onto me by my Dad, I would quite happily have a tub of icecream over a meal sometimes. Eaten with a spoon straight out the tub, pure decadence.

Big Mac or Whopper:
Whooper, Definately, Though what do burger King do to their fries yuck! don't like coatings on my fries.

Coke or Pepsi:
Coke, though not as much anymore, when I was doing WW I drank so much diet fizzy, cause it was 0 points, i actually did a spot of damage to one of my back teeth, Vanity and scared of losing teeth puts paid to that fetish.

Beer or Wine:
Wine, I love a nice sweet white wine or Rose in the summer, but have to say Travecello (red) is my absloute favourite indulgence but is too dear for my purse. It has spoilt me for other reds.

Coffee or Tea:
Coffee but only around 2 cups a day- I always get told off for not drinking enough.

Apple Juice or O.J.:
O.J but me it has to be NO BITS!!!

Facebook or MySpace:
Facebook though I am honest and Cannot see the fascination, sending trees and hugs and all that the funwall is cool though.

Summer or Winter:
Winter, I am a cosy up, fire on, maltezers, coffee old film, dog beside me type of girl.

Windows or Mac:
Windows for me, my Mums OH has Mac and he can't get to grips with it or communicate with most of the population.

Cats or Dogs:
Dogs, BARNEY!!!! He is my baby and yes I am his MUMMY!! Collie/lab cross, 9 years old and all mine, faithfull and undemanding as long as he is sprawled across my feet or lap.

I have cats but I know my place with them - servant.

WHAT WAS HAPPENING 10 YEARS AGO?

Was a bad time for me!! Dad was Diagnosed with Cancer again (we lost him in 1999.)

My Employer at the time was fantastic Western Evening Herald, time off at the drop of hat and my department manager (Carol), even drove me to my mums from work on the bad days half way through the shift. Mind you it was doubly hard as I actually worked on the Births, Deaths and Marriages section at the time.

On a Good note Working at the Herald we had a blast, we would have fancy dress days, we would be sat taking phone calls, dressed up as hippies on the 60's days, or red lipstick and hair done on 50's days it was a scream.

The Christmas Party was spectacular - middle of june as we were getting ready for christmas advertising campaigns. Each department had to dress up as a pantomime Ours was Wizard of Oz, I went as the yellow brick road and emerald castle, I basically wore a huge yellow tube of material marked out as brick road and my hat was the emerald city all green hologrphic paper, and yes I made it myself.


NAME 5 THINGS

TO DO TODAY
1) First one is top secret and to do with beginning of post.
2) Prepare for my all day workshop tomorrow, why do I always leave it so late!
3) Prepare for a Demo on Saturday at Flutterby Crafts In Newbury
4) Goto the post office, to send off some orders.
5) Chill out, I seem to be getting very stressed out lately.

SNACKS I ENJOY
My favourite at the moment is Plain crisp - walkers or Kettle chips dipped into salad cream.
closely followed by Skinny Cows Mint choc chip Ice Cream
Wotsits
Sausage Rolls
Meat Paddies I am very much a savoury snacker.

THINGS I WOULD DO IF I WERE A MILLIONAIRE

I used to say give up work, but after 8 weeks enforced rest, no way.

I would by a craft shop do a joint venture with my Mate Lynn at Flutterby in Nebury definately, and employ my Mates Catherine, Marion and G of course.
buy houses for my children for their futures and give some to my mum.
give some to Macmillan nurses and the Mustard Tree
Take some of my closest mates on Holiday for a month.
Be secure financially.

PLACES I HAVE LIVED
Okay I don't think I can do five, I have Only ever lived In Plymouth and only moved 3 times

The house I grew up in was in Southway
My first Married home - Southway
My Second home - Whitleigh
My Third - Southway WOW I am well travelled.

Oh but I do have a bedroom in my mates house in Newbury!!!! LOL!
